View Full Version : Requesting LoCo Forum and a Forum Partner

January 4th, 2010, 07:16 PM
I was thinking of a Scotland LoCo Forum. If you are interested in helping me please request it here. I found there was no Scotland Forum and I think some people on these Forums are Scottish.

Preferred Domain sc.ubuntuforums.org
I am the original person with this idea

As per the sticky at the top of this forum:

Requesting your LoCo Forum:

1. Please make sure your project is listed on the LoCo team wiki here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamList
2. What subdomain prefix do you want. example: (prefix.ubuntuforums.org)
3. What is your LoCo team name
4. The forum user(s) (max 2) who will be the moderator for your forum
5. Please make sure you are the registered contact person for this LoCo Team as per the listing on the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamList wiki page

I've checked the list above twice, and there's curently no Scottish LoCo Team, thus, I cannot create the forum. As far as I'm aware (currently), it would fall under the UK LoCo Team.

If you want to create a new LoCo Team, please see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamHowto

So how do I list it on the wiki page?

You need to have a LoCo Team first, see the last link in my first post

I have done the wiki page and the chatroom and a mailing list now all I need is the forum.

This was a bump.
