View Full Version : [SOLVED] Screen Resolution Stuck at 640X480

My screen resolution is stuck at 640X480. I know it can go to 1200X1000 because I have done it before on ubuntu. I just reinstalled it on to my computer

You'd get a lot further if you provided some pertinent info.
Post the output of these commands please:
uname -a
lsb_release -a
sudo lshw -C display
lspci
And the contents of this file:
gedit /etc/X11/xorg.conf
Run these commands in a terminal. Look in Applications menu under Accessories.
