I hid the bottom menu bar and now I can't find a way to get it back. Does anyone know?

Did you auto-hide it or delete it? If it is auto-hidden, just roll your mouse pointer down to the bottom af the screen and the bar should reappear. Then, right click on it, click on PROPERTIES and uncheck the AUTO-HIDE box. If you deleted it, go to the top panel, right click on that and click NEW PANEL.

I deleted it. I was messing around with the Cairo Gnome dock but it's buggy so I'd like to go back to the menu bar.

I edited my previous reply: go back to that to see how to create another panel. :-)
