How to select language at boot

What i can add in above so that the default installation is changed to something else like French or German rather than English if the menu isnt showing up key like F1 or F2 or .... to change the default language (The language is included in the package):confused:

You should be able to select default language during install.If you want to change it after go to the system>admin<language support and download support for desired language.After that in system>preferences>keyboard select witch language you want to be default.
