I have installed 7.04 on an intel machine with two 1 tr drives in raid 1 mirror. The installation went fine. However when it asked to remove the disk and hit continue, the machine would not reboot, just a flashing dash. HELP PLEASE!

Thanks

One of your hard drives may be broken. My brother-in-law had this problem a few days ago with a hard drive he bought brand new.

Did you install Ubuntu on one of the drives that is in the RAID configuration? Because if you did that may be another reason why it isn't working. I would suggest installing Ubuntu on a non-RAID configured hard drive.

That is something that I did not think about. I through this tutorial:

http://kuparinen.org/martti/comp/ubuntu/en/raid.html

Andthere was no place that asked anything about where to load.file:///C:/DOCUME%7E1/ADMINI%7E1/LOCALS%7E1/Temp/moz-screenshot.png I have 3 raids and two drives with the same partitions. Raid 0 is /, raid 2 is swap and raid 3 is /home. Am I missing something?
Thanks!
