I just realised that my TV hasn't been on in days, I've only watched Programmes on Ubuntu.

I know people with BT Vision, and I think its a great idea, with a few kinks atm.

Yeah. I don't even own a TV. I watch a few tv shows online on Hulu, and a ton of video podcasts on Rev3, Twit, etc... The majority of my friends in college do the same.

the future? sure, as long as i get to enjoy it on a massive tv like i do now.

I'm seeing more IPTV boxes, with On Demand and streamed content in my crystal ball, which will happily plug into you 99inch HD TV :)

I foresee a mixture of formats. As very high speed internet connection becomes more common, there'll be less need for traditional broadcast. But it will be a long time before very high speed connection becomes all-pervasive. So there'll be a demand for traditional broadcast for some time to come.
