I liked Aptana Studio, but unfortunately for me, it takes a lot of memory. Any suggestions on what other program are there that I can use ? I would like it to have syntax highlighting, code completion and a debugger atleast. I really liked the debugging support in Aptana for HTML, CSS and PHP.

Try bluefish (apt:bluefish) or geany (apt:geany).

Have a look at Quanta +, it is in the repositories.

I forgot to mention that I need it for a Windows system.
I tried out both Bluefish and Geany. They are both good, though I'm leaning towards Geany at the moment. Is it possible to get debugging support on them? Thats one the main things I liked about Aptana Studio.

I recently discovered Komodo Edit (http://www.activestate.com/komodo_edit/). I like it mainly for the Vi keybindings built right in.
