My computer is

Mijn videocard is:
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD

Where can I download a driver for Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD by the Ubuntu 32/64 bits, version 9.10? Please help me :S

You don't need one.
It's already built in to the Linux kernel.

no, that don't work. i see black only. I have connected a HDMI between a television and my laptop, this television work good. how can that? :S

Try going to System > Preferences > Display
You should be able to set up your second display from there.
