Icons mouseover like Mac OS

Hey there
I recently saw the desktop on a Mac OS X Snow Leopard. I really like the mouseover effect when u move your mouse over the icons on the bottom of the screen.
- Is there any way to adapt this on a Ubuntu Desktop using GNOME?
- Are there any good example screenshots?

If you mean the animation of the icons in a DOCK, you can have it in ubuntu too. Try cairo-dock of awn or even Gnome-do in docky style.
