flac to ogg

I have a directory for music and subdirectories for artists and so on some of my music is ogg and some flac how would be the best way to convert all the flac? I mean, i know how, but does anyone know of a program where I can do this easily. Without the need to shell script -- I'm lazy.

Thanks! Can I put a stipulation to convert everything except whats already ogg?

That I don't know, as I do all of my audio ripping/converting in Windows. Hopefully someone will chime in with an answer to that.
