View Full Version : [ubuntu] Had to stop the upgrade (to 9.10) midway

I had to shut down my laptop (because my keyboard and touchpad weren't working) before the upgrade from 9.04 to 9.10 could be completed. I think it was asking me whether I would allow it to access my "key ring" or something like that.

I think it had already downloaded and installed the necessary files, but I'm not sure.

My computer seems to have been upgraded. I see the new login screen, and "About Ubuntu" tells me I'm using Karmic Koala.

I ran "sudo apt-get autoremove" and it removed over 100MB of stuff, so maybe I missed that step in the upgrading process.

Any way I can check to make sure everything was upgraded properly?
