I'm trying to install a daul boot system with windows 7 already installed and ubuntu studio as the other partition on my laptop.
It has messages about not being able to do something with DCHP but if I manually input I.P addresses etc it continues, until the software selection installation part has finished and it comes up with an error message, and every time when I try repeat it it has an error sooner and won't install properly. After it fails too many times i unistall the partitions so that its back to have windows on the full space and i check if windows is still working, and then i try yet again.
Once it did work, however it said it couldn't install GRUB boot screen and it had a 'fatal error' message.
if you have any ideas on what is wrong, could you give me tips on how to fix them?
