I think all this Android talk on the forum has really gone into you :). You can start with HTC Tattoo (Rs. 17900) or HTC Magic (Rs. 23000). But remember HTC Magic (available only through Airtel) that's available in India doesn't come with hold your breath - Android Market and GPS software.
