View Full Version : [ubuntu] partition fails when attempting to dual boot

Right now running Vista. Have worked with Gastby gibbon in the past. Burned 9.10, so in the partition screen advanced, only options of das1 and das2 something like that, are listed with no free space option to create partitions. Do not want to loose windows saved files and would also have both OS to work with.

Anybody know why free space and other options are not being listed in the partition stage of installation?

Some specs of the Comp.

HP pavilion dv6000
amd turion 64 bit 2.0 ghz or 2.2
