Did i just get Spyware/malware/virus?

Hello everyone... I just downloaded a theme off of Gnome-Look and after that when i try to launch a application, i get this...Virus? Or is it not nothing to be worried about? I cant launch nothing. :(141515

it's just probably a windowing focus issue, some fix is mentioned here
