I think you mean a theme that looks just like Vista? If so you can download one here: gnome-look.org (http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Complete+Vista+Aero+theme+%28automated%29?content= 72318)

I checked this time and that link is not the one I thought it was... sorry..
Try this one (http://code.google.com/p/gnome-vista-aero-theme-automated/).

I don't use it myself but my son does. After you download this file, just extract it in your home folder and look for the read-me file. There's should be a script to run. You can just double click the install.sh file and select "Run".

EDIT: You'll need to have the Emerald window manager installed

sudo apt-get install emerald

Yes, download emerald from 'ubuntu software centre'
in Applications > Ubuntu Software Centre.
Emerald is required for themeing window borders.

Yes, Emerald is a program.. a window manager replacement for Metacity which is the window manager that comes with Ubuntu. You can install it with the code I gave you or use the Software Center or Synaptic Package Manager.

Before you go installing software and tweaking settings, I think you'd better do a little more studying and research yourself. Linux is much different than Windows.

Here are a few sites you should read.

http://ubuntuguide.net/
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/
http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/

Also, that Vista theme I referred you to in the previous posts doesn't work and I couldn't find one that does. Maybe you can. Sorry, best I can do now. You need to do what every new Linux user has to do... research. The internet has many many sites to learn about Linux and Ubuntu. Google is our best friend.

Heres a transformation pack for Vista.
