I noticed today that fspot probably have changed it's default save spot from 9.04 to 9.10 so from /home/user/Photos is it now /home/user/Pictures/Photos and this isn't to bad. Thing is that I have imported a few images before I noticed so now I have about 3000 pics in the old spot while 300 pics in the new spot. Fspot don't seem to mind it but it make it harder for me to backup my images so is there a way to unite the two folders, is yet to find a way to make fspot move pic location from A to B.

How about moving them from the old folder to the new folder and then importing the new folder? Or create symlinks to the old folder in the new folder and then import? If it was me I'ld move them...

Edit: Can move them via a file manager or from the terminal.

I'm thinking about your solution, it will probably work but I guess it would force me to redo the tags that have been made. I surfed around a little and did found this http://f-spot.org/Extensions unsure if it would work.

That looks like the ticket! I would make backup copies of the photos.db file(s) before doing anything!
