Can't choose ubuntu after installing wubi?

Hi, when I choose ubuntu vs windows, my arrows don't seem to be operable such that I can't choose ubuntu. Help?

when it gives you the option of either booting into windows or ubuntu you hit the down arrow key to highlight ubuntu then hit enter

Yes, that's the problem. The arrows dont move the selected os.

hmm well wubi lets you uninstall the ubuntu really easy from windows so i suggest you unstall it and then reinstall it and tell us if you still have that problem
