Installation Stage Fails

Well, when i try to install Studio Karmic (from the DVD), it works up to a point in the "Select and Install Software" stage where it simply says that it's failed. I would skip it, but i do want to install most of the software from the DVD itself.

Does anybody know what to do?

Have you checked the DVD for integrity? There might be corrupted packages on the disk that cause the problem.

Yeah, i did an integrity check and it showed up clear. I might try again to see if there are problems. If there is a major difference, it's the AMD64 version
