I'm running 9.04, and the Update Notifier was always offering an upgrade to 9.10, which I don't want. Of course, when I finally selected the 'never ask again' option, I clicked 'yes' instead of 'no' to the upgrade.
Now I can't click on the UN icon in my system tray without it opening the 'Welcome to Karmic!' garbage with the options of 'Upgrade' and 'Cancel.' Clicking on Cancel closes the window, but now I can't run Update Notifier like I was before, it still thinks I want and upgrade and I don't, I just want to get my updates.
Help please?
