Receiving a punch from this must be painful.

Why is it the first thing people think of when they see a ring is "Wow, I bet this could do damage!"?

I kind of thought the opposite. You can see tooling marks on it, and edges aren't very crisp.

Mind you, i'm no expert.

Let's hope they don't see the Arch Linux brass knuckle.

Right, so now I know what to propose with.

I compare everything to my High School class ring now. Cast in platinum and a little over a grand without stones.

Sweet! My wife is making jewelry for Christmas presents right now. Maybe I can get her to make an Ubuntu logo pair of earings.

I guess some of us just walk around expecting a punch in the face.

The ring looks a little Star Trek-ish for my tastes (but the Arch logo just looks like that anyway to me). I do like the Debian pendant a lot.

Your plan to get people here to laugh at Arch Linux has failed, and now you're trying to change the topic to avoid feeling embarrassed.

I like the Arch logo but I think that ring is butt ugly...no that's not harsh enough. It looks like something-a-butt-excretes.

I agree. You also need to look a bit deeper to really see it's the Arch logo, it's not very obvious on the ring.

I don't like the way the ring looks anyway.

I still think it's a fair priced ring.
