Ubuntu to Kubuntu

I am about to make the change from Ubuntu JJ to Kubuntu KK.

What changes, if any, do I need to make to my /home to make it go most smoothly?

Will the Firefox install within Kubuntu automatically recognize my .mozilla files?

Once installed, do I add Windows 7 to grub2 with this
sudo update-grub2

As far as I know you don't need to do anything - but back up important files as ever

Once Firefox is installed yes, kubuntu gives konqueror as default

I guess so if you're doing a clean install but I've not used grub2

Update, during the install, Grub2 found Windows 7 without problems. My home folder was untainted and Kubuntu is looking great.
