View Full Version : [kubuntu] Gnome in KDE ???

OK so one time in KDE session, I changed the number of workspaces to 4. Surprisingly, as you can read the topic, in the fourth workspace, I saw my Gnome desktop. Does anyone have this problem? Also, when I open a video game in full screen, I see a glimpse of my Gnome desktop again.:confused:. I changed the display manager to KDM, but still no luck. And, yes I installed Kubuntu from the synaptic package manager. My original is Gnome.

Maybe nautilus is running for some reason on that desktop. Try


killall nautilus
