Install en GDM-Theme?

Hi,
i want to install this GDM-Theme http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/DustPlanks_GDM?content=116355
I read the Howto but I have the Problem that my "Login Window"-Manager don't have this
kind of settings. I hope you can help me and I wish Mery X-mas:KS.

They are all English. Hope you find something that helps.
