I have integrated OpenLDAP with drupal, moodle

I wish to do client machine login (at the start of ubuntu)
All the users can login with there account by logging off
And a temprorary disk be mounted with other general settings
Can this be done using ldap or i need to search something else


What is the need for Kerberos
