Ok, yesterday I've upgraded Ubuntu and when I restarted my laptop, the menubar and the statusbar (the upper and the lower) were gone, just disappeared.

Then if I try to open firefox (and other programs) I get this error:
/usr/lib/firefox-3.5.6/firefox: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9.1.6/libxul.so: undefined symbol: gdk_x11_window_get_drawable_impl

Did it happen only to me ? I cannot find anything on internet about this problem ...

Is there any solution ?

No no, I've already seen that thread but my problem is different:
I don't have any panel, no menubar (the one with Application, Places ...) and no lower bar (with the Trash, etc ...).
