Move wubi install to usb stick?

Is it it possible to move wubi Ubuntu 9.10 install to a usb memory stick?

I have copied the files over, but it doesn't boot correctly.

I assume boot files are no longer pointing to the correct addresses.

Is the information stored in the wubildr.mbr file?

Is there a program that can edit this file?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You would be better off just doing a full install on the USB then transferring any files from wubi to the USB that you want to save. I don't think what your trying to do is going to work.
