help with windows batch file

I want to know how i could have a .bat file shut down the windows file wall and turn off auto maic updates. I will do my updates by hand. I did have this up once before but someone called cariboo907 close it down. I guess that person did not read any programming language is allowed. I have seen programming related to windows on here before and they where not closed down. it say questions do not have to be directly related to ubuntu either. if admin doesn't want windows question the change the heading

You aren't asking a specific programming question. You are asking how to turn off automatic Windows updates. That has nothing to do with programming, it is just normal Windows operation.

If you want to turn off automatic updates using a script, you may be better off asking your question in a Windows forum.
