You mean you like Wolverine/Logan's Healing Factor?
Or Blink's teleportation power?

Me? I'm pretty partial to these guys:

Marius St. Croix (Emplate) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emplate_%28comics%29) - Mutant Vampirism
Remy LeBeau (Gambit) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gambit_%28comics%29) - Manipulation of Kinetic Energy
Neena Thurman (Domino) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domino_%28comics%29) - probability field manipulation
Pamela Isley (Poison Ivy) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poison_Ivy_%28comics%29) - Control over plantlife

Mentok the mind taker isn't exactly a hero (he's from harvey birdman [attorney at law]) but I'd have to go with his telekinesis/mind taking power.

I'm fond of time traveling. Though most people that I've seen (in fiction) take good advantage of it are bad guys like Apocalypse.

Edit: Oh snap. Didn't mean to double post.

I was referring to the TV character Clair Benet from NBCs Heros. But hers is the same as Wolverines.

teleporting would be so useful in addition to being cool. wouldn't need a car, would never need to fly anywhere and i wouldn't have to get up to go to the bathroom.
reading minds would be cool for about ten minutes. i imagine there would be tons of crap to sort through just to get one little fascinating tidbit (i guess if the power to turn it off came with the package, i'd go for it).

Healing/Immortality (like Claire) is very neat in the long term. If there are a lot of people with supernatural abilities, the Haitian becomes very powerful.
As far as combat power, this guy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Toaru_Majutsu_no_Index_characters#Accelera tor
(read the first paragraph only)

But most fun is telekinesis. :)

Are there any superheroes that can manipulate time? I'd like some of that please. Otherwise, I'll take the gadget some villain used in a Batman episode (the cartoon) that sped him up so that everything else essentially came to a stand still. Though I suppose Einstein would have something to say about that.

Gotta be flying over all others for the simple "feel free" factor, teleportation would miss out all the beauty on the way to wherever you are going :P

Hiro Nakamura is a character on the NBC drama Heroes who possesses the ability of space-time manipulation. This means that Hiro is able to alter the flow of time. Previously, his ability allowed him to teleport, stop time, or travel through time, but recent events in the series have prevented him from regaining his full abilities.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hiro_Nakamura

Beat me to it!

More specifically, the power to be super smart, super rich, and at the pinnacle of human physical prowess.
