i used it for a while
today when it started it will show gnu grub screen (attached ) and ask for choice
what is this and is it showing up ?
in addition i noticed that zone time has been changed !

Those are boot selections.(GRUB- GRand Unified Bootloader)
Its your bootloader.
http://www.gnu.org/software/grub/
http://grub.enbug.org/
Displays your present kernel version.
You can boot from your previous version of kernel if you want. ( As i can see, your kernel isn't updated yet.)
If you have windows installed first on it (on the same drive), you can see it there, select, and boot on your windows partition.
Please specify what is the problem.
Its normal in Ubuntu.

it's new to me
system used to boot directly without this in the past
i run it on virtual box so it's supposed to be booting on it's own single os drive (up to my information )
how to update my kernel ? is it preferable?
