Importing windows user files post-install

I recently installed karmic as a bual boot with windows 7. During the install I noticed that I was given the option of importing my user files (documents, settings, etc) from my windows install into ubuntu. I skipped it thinking that this was just going to be a temporary instance, but I think I might keep it now. Is there any way to access that same feature from within my ubuntu install? or from the disk without re-installing?
