View Full Version : [ubuntu] BOOT UP ERROR "NO RESUME IMAGE" Dooing Normal Boot ...

when I start my Ubuntu I get this message:

kinit: No resume image, doing normal boot...






pls tell me the solution....

Oh, I don't think it's an error... It just says ubuntu didn't find an image of last session to use, so it will boot normally instead of waking up from hibernation.
It is a normal message that is displayed every time I turn on my computer ;) No need to worry, just wait some time and let ubuntu load some files it requires to work.
IF it hangs at this moment, then it IS a bug. However, this message doesn't say where is the problem.
