I'm trying to modify a usb driver to use with Ubuntu 9.10. Does anyone know how I can build the same kernel (2.6.31-14#48). I've tried the 2 linux-source packages but still get a 'Unknown symbol' error when I insmod the new driver even of no changes are made to it before compiling. Note that I am building the new driver and then insmoding on the system running Ubuntu 9.10 - 2.6.31.14-generic kernel.
