Here I found a screen:

I like the weather icons on the top right...how did they get it?
I liked the vertical calendar and also rightside down i found all folders...
IS IT UBUNTU??? or mandrivia? How can i achieve this?
what is the weather screenlet? is it cairo-dock? something else?
