I'm not sure I understand. You want it to stop hiding tray icons?

Right Click on the system tray
Select System Tray Settings
Select the Auto Hide tab on the left
Untick the box which starts with Automatically...


This will turn off icon hiding in the tray

Thanks! That worked. I was right clicking and going to Panel Options rather than System Tray Settings. Totally missed that.
