View Full Version : [ubuntu] wallpaper-tray command not found

im trying to run wallpaper-tray. I installed it in synaptic but I cant seem to run it. I tried restarting my computer and reinstalling the package.

Worked fine for me. This is what I did:
sudo apt-get install wallpaper tray, three-finger salute (Ctrl-Alt-Backspace to restart X), and Add to Panel.

yep, wallpaper-tray is a GNOME Panel Applet. You don't have to restart the X server, just Right click on the panel -> Add to panel... -> Wallpaper Tray -> Add

I did have to restart mine. I couldn't tell you why, but I did....
