Hi Guys What's Up?

I'm having not really an issue more of a question. Anyway I've set my lappy to sleep when I press the power button and whenever I turn it back on again it takes 15 seconds to reconnect to wireless, is there a way I can keep wireless on during sleep or any other solutions. Also annoying cos I have CheckGmail and have to refresh after sleep. Any responses would be appreciated.
