How to access KDE audio/video control settings?

im running Gnome but i need to change some settings for KdenLive, it came up before, but im not sure how to bring it up again,

anyone know how to run this KDE audio/video controlcenter through terminal or how to find it so i can set it up

I'm not sure I know what you mean.

There's qtconfig to set Qt-specific sound, printer and font settings. Is that what you're looking for? (package name qt4-qtconfig)

Otherwise the control center would be System Settings (systemsettings), but that's the complete settings manager for the whole of KDE (SC).
