After installing and using Minefield 3.7a1pre, I could never go back to plain vanilla...firefox

As many may well know Google Chrome is my primary web browser so I decided to install Minefield 3.7a1pre, and I love it! :P

Google Chrome may remain my primary Web Browser of choice but Minefield is my second favorite, Opera will always reside on my computer also! Safari I had to remove!

Why do people have so many browsers? I have 3, of which only one is used, and it already feels cramped. They all do the same things, right?

The best things about 3.7a1pre that I've noticed are:

1.) PGO for Linux has been fixed.

2.) TraceMonkey for 64-bit finally works and my sunspider benchmarks went from 4400 to 1440!

3.) Tab Thumbnails are very nice looking (reminds me of a compiz plugin).

However, my 3.7a1pre and 3.6b4 builds have had very buggy flash on pages that worked perfectly in version 3.5 (and I'm not sure what caused it).

I also found a nice trick to make the Firefox Location Bar better (I removed the search box completely): http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Smart+keywords

Plus, for a much faster 'Firefox Location Bar' you can use a tmpfs:

I used to have 2 or 3 installed. Now I only have 1. Firefox

Is this official? I really can't wait until we get PGO.

Yes and Yes. 64-bit TraceMonkey is official in 3.7 (still needs to be patched for 3.6b4), and I believe that the new "PGO fix patch" is in upstream now. Check this page that has been marked 'RESOLVED': https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=520704

Watch out, I got a warning for jokingly insinuating they were the same person.
