Web proxy?

Does anyone use plugins in Firefox or similar for web proxying? I was wondering if anyone have experiences with this and anything like this to recommend. It is for a small project of mine.

Yeah, but you have to be very careful not to pass any personal/confidential details eg. passwords or credit card numbers through a proxy...
