Cannot bind keyboard keys

Hi,

I want to bind:
While pointer on desktop alt+f4 is to logout screen (restart|shutdown|...) otherwise alt+f4 to close windows.
alt+ctrl+del to system monitor.
Start key (MS keyboards) to Ubuntu icon (bottom right -picture added).
When I press for print screen, a dialog doesn't exists and no pasting of the picture is available thow this key was binded by me.

Looks good :)
But the problem is that this master key isn't recognized (along with some other keys or key combinations)...:(
I have an HP Pavilion DV6282ea laptop cannot find the correct keyboard for me so I selected the nearest possible option Pavilion dv5.
