Gooday all, I'm back after a bit of messin' around with some other distros. I read a great revue of the Karmic Koala and decided to give it a go. No worries from start of down load right through burning the disc and on to installation. My only hassle has been when I run the update, This is as soon as I boot the rig after installation, I get to the 15th item and then get the following messages. Can you direct me to a solution for this. Thank you in advance. James

Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

I don't think there will be any problem with the update

Thanks for that jimpr13. If they are not a problem, do you know of a way I can lose them. It is just an annoyance but I would like to see an empty box or one telling me all is good rather than this.
