Im unable to create new live account for days...

Contact their support? I don't know if it's a joke or not, but I'm sure there are spammers that create mass amounts of accounts just for spamming.

So.. don't use a proxy? You think this is MS's fault or something? They block IP's which are used to spam live accounts. Use your own, find a proxy which hasn't been abused, or don't make an account..
