I have spent about 14 hours in the last two days researching, reading, trying, trying again, etc. I hate asking people what to do because with the right search options, just about anything can be resolved through other peoples problems getting fixed. Now however, I am stuck. Sorry if this is really simple but, I am trying to boot Ubuntu and Windows 7 off of one hard drive with separate partitions. Before I continue, I know my hard drive setup looks like a mess and I think that is why I am having problems, but I hope it can be resolved. Here is my fdisk list: (will try to clean up the formating)

When I try booting to linux with grub, it tells me there is no such partition. When I try booting to windows, it gives me the classic, NTDLR is missing error. I have tried "messing" with grub and changing the HD values and trying to boot linux with no success. and as for windows, I dont think there is any hope :( I hope to at least be able to get back into windows though.
