Hi Guys,
I'm using karmic on my IBM Thinkpad, I had some trouble in the begining with my Ati Radeon and the Netbook Remix so I finaly switched to Xubuntu. It worked really fine but sometimes (when I made a fullscreen window smaller and maximized it again) I had some trouble with disapearing Windowframes (with Symbols to Minimize and Maximize and stuff). Somehow I got my mind into thinking that this was compiz fault, thinking of the limited graphic card of my notebook a wanted to remove compiz. That seems to be a bad idea all hell broke loose and nothing worked anymore. I managed to install Compiz again and Compiz Fusion Icon and I finally got my Xfce working again but everything is still messed up. Where did I go wrong and what shall I do to get this tidy again?
