Hi I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to copy everything (I mean everything) that is located on this hard drive and put it on a external hard drive.

I am fixing to buy an external hdd and I want to make an exact copy of all my files, documents, themes, settings, etc. from this hard drive and install them on the new one. I have soo much stuff that I really don't want to have to find again. Is there a program or something that can do this quickly and easily (or time consuming and difficult ;))?
