Updating a Live USB

Hi There.

I've installed a 64 bit Karmic image on a 4 GB USB. I wish to use it to boot from, and so i updated it. But after the update the USB is not capable of booting Ubuntu anymore.

When updating, the update manager asked me where to put the GRUB, and i chose the USB. Now it won't Boot, and i'm unable to find any threads about how to solve this.

Any suggestions?
(yes, it is a live usb and not full install)

How did you install? Unetbootin? Live Startup USB disk from ubuntu? If you have used any of these, you should be having a bootable usb drive just check you boot sequence
