GParted seeing partitions, installer, not so much

So, I'm trying to install 9.10, using a live disc,
I can run the disk, and run from there, but when I try to use the installer,
I get to step 4, and there are no partitions being shown.
However, GParted is seeing the partition that I made.

Any help would be fantastic. (I know the file system says ntfs, but I've changed it to ext3, if that makes a difference.)
I've searched, but I haven't found any solutions that I understood (I'm somewhat new at this)
