hi all,
I have this weird issue: i boot to ubuntu, log-in screen appears both touchpad and mouse are working perfectly on the login screen. After the login, after some arbitrary period of time, all of a sudden both touchpad and mouse are ignored by gnome, i can move the cursor but i cannot click anything, nothing happens when i move the cursor over the desktop menus and icons. i had the exact issue back in my previous laptop as well. i have read some posts about the wallpaper as the culprit. any suggestions?
thanks in advance.
