Change your GTK style window

I'm running Kubuntu 9.10 and I get a "Change you GTK style window" when I switch between applications with Alt+TAB. It's a strange looking window with some widgets packed into the window. If I close the window the KDE crash handler pops up.

Anybody else getting this?

I believe I'm seeing that too just I think what really happens is that the window/application is started after boot/login but is not visible until you do the alt+tab.

If I don't close it there will be two windows at next login and so on. Could be it actually happens just before closed down/logout and happens as reload last session or something.
